Urban Land Magazine, the flagship publication of the Urban Land Institute, a global nonprofit that provides leadership in creating and sustaining thriving communities, featured Pike & Rose and the Pike District in its January/February issue. From the decision to develop along Old Georgetown Road and the focus on mixed use, transit-oriented development, the article chronicles the behind-the-scenes story behind the planning of Montgomery County's newest walkable urban-suburban community.
