The Grand Park Development is a phased mixed-use redevelopment surrounding the new Civic Green at Old Georgetown Road and Executive Boulevard. The overall plan allows for up to 1,000 multifamily residences and more than 44,000 square feet of commercial space. The Pinnacle senior living community has been completed, while additional residential and commercial development is planned for the remaining parcels.
