Ruthie Logsdon

Logsdon formed Ruthie and the Wranglers in 1989 in Takoma Park, Maryland. The band blends honky-tonk, rockabilly, Americana, and roots rock, often described as “Loretta Lynn meets the Ramones at a Dick Dale show”. They’ve released multiple acclaimed albums including Wrangler City (1997), Life’s Savings (1998), Live at Chick Hall’s Surf Club (2000), Live at Goose Creek (2011), and All Wrangled Up (2018).

Ruthie and her group have earned over 30 WAMMIE Awards (Washington Area Music Awards), including Album of the Year, Artist of the Year, and Song of the Year. Ruthie herself has been recognized multiple times as Best Female Country Vocalist and Songwriter of the Year.

Bill Starks

Bill is an award winning songwriter and keyboard player with a rockin' piano style and a tendency to defy genres, blending rock n roll, honky tonk, boogie woogie and blues into a kind of Americana musical gumbo.

Greg Hardin

Greg has been a fixture in the DC-area music scene for over four decades. As a bassist, singer, and songwriter, Greg has been a member of many area bands including Jr. Cline and the Recliners, Ruthie and the Wranglers, and The 19th Street Band; and was also one of the producers of the popular BandHouse Gigs tribute shows. Greg has many recording projects to his credit, including his solo release “Meet Mr. Knuckles.” He was awarded WAMA's Song of the Year in 2007 for “Babe Ruth’s Piano.”
