We keep Live from the Lawn concerts free so that everyone can access the arts. We welcome you to pay if you can to help support free programming. $10 per ticket suggested.
Big Bang Boom is a power-pop trio creating rock-inspired music for kids and families that balances humor and learning. Formed in Greensboro, North Carolina, the band—Chuck Folds, Steve Willard, and Eddie Walker—combines decades of professional touring experience with a playful approach to songwriting that blends rock, alternative, hip-hop, country, and pop influences.
The group has released multiple albums in the “kindie” music scene and won the John Lennon Songwriting Contest grand prize for “Monster Under the Bed.” Known for energetic performances at festivals, schools, libraries, and performing arts centers across the country, the band’s interactive shows encourage families to sing, move, and rock along.
