From the streets of Jerusalem to a corner market in Rockville, Moti?s Market brings the flavors and aromas of Israel to life. With a vision to create a convenient, kosher, neighborhood grocery store, KosherMart opened in 2000 on Rollins Avenue in Rockville. Featuring prepared foods, Israeli products, and quality meats and poultry, little KosherMart was busting at the seams!

When the opportunity arose to acquire Katz's Kosher Supermarket in 2004 just a few miles away, we seized the moment. With over 25,000 square feet, our visions grew even bigger! Before long, Moti's Grill was offering fine Mediterranean cuisine and became a favorite local dining spot. And we didn't stop there! We started producing Moti's Pita with baking equipment brought from Israel and Moti's Salads starring our very own secret recipes.

In 2013, we decided that it was time to make more changes! For starters, we opened a fine catering division, Carmel Caterers and today, our industrial kitchens now welcome non-profit groups for cooking classes, feature guest chefs, and wine tastings. Moti?s Grill has been transformed into Al Ha?esh, an Israeli style restaurant featuring entrees prepared on a wood charcoal grill.

But the best change was the store's name...Moti's Market! We are so much more than just another kosher grocery...Moti's Market is a hub for quality prepared foods and baked goods, international delicacies, selective wines from around the world, imported cheeses, fresh produce, meat, poultry and fish, and friendly staff. Our skilled butchers, our chefs, and our bakers all take pride in serving our customers and neighbors.
