Ride into Spring!

There’s no better way to enjoy the lovely spring weather than on two wheels. With the Bethesda Trolley Trail right nearby, the Pike District is the perfect starting point for a quick ride, a longer weekend adventure, or anything in between.

Before you hit the trail, swing by The Bicycle Place for a quick tune-up and get your bike ready for the season. Looking to upgrade? REI has everything you need to gear up and get going.

Not ready to commit to your own bike? Grab a ride from Capital Bikeshare at the North Bethesda Metro station and cruise through the district at your own pace.

And if you’ve got a bike collecting dust, give it a second life by donating it to Bikes for the World. It’s a simple way to make an impact while clearing some space.
However you ride, it’s a great time to get outside and explore!
Walk. Wag. Wash. Repeat!
Tell your dog! With spring officially here in the Pike District, that means longer walks, muddy paws, and plenty of fresh-air adventures with your four-legged friends. After a romp along nearby trails or a stroll through the neighborhood, a little grooming goes a long way in keeping your pup looking and feeling their best.

Treat your pup to some well-deserved pampering at Dogtopia North Bethesda, where daycare and spa services make it easy to combine playtime with a good scrub. For a more full-service experience, Olde Towne Pet Resort offers grooming, boarding, and even training, perfect for pups who need a little extra TLC this season. And for those looking for a trusted, local touch, Ann’s Quality Grooming is a longtime favorite known for personalized care.
So go ahead and embrace the muddy walks, chase the sunshine, and let the local experts handle the cleanup.

Get On Your Feet!

Apex Performance Therapy

Bringing a fresh, performance-driven approach to physical therapy, Apex Performance Therapy is helping Pike District residents move better, recover faster, and get back to doing what they love. Founded in 2021, the North Bethesda-based clinic blends advanced rehabilitation techniques with strength and performance training serving everyone from competitive athletes to everyday individuals looking to live pain-free.
